The Hero's Journey – Drawing a Map to the Essential Self
June 7th – June 9th, 2019
With Ronit leMon Drobey, MA, PCC,
Lisa Anderson, CHPC,
and Matthew Deneen, ACC, CHPC
Join us for a journey, a Hero’s Journey. Through movement, DreamWork, coaching and Breathwork, we will dive deep into the stories that hold us back, that stand in the way of our trues selves. Beginning every day with movement and DreamWork, participants will reconstruct their own narrative. Through self-designed ceremony and group ritual, we will inhabit that narrative and explore what that story means for us, those around us, and the world.
Be prepared to hike, journal, do yoga, sit in counsel and share your dreams. Lunch and coffee provided; please join us for dinner one night so we can counsel in the dark. Bring your journal, your yoga mat, your hiking shoes, your open mind and heart…
The journey awaits.
Join us on retreat in beautiful Morrison, Colorado. Activities are held in a lovely location in a private community nestled amid 500 shared acres of hiking trails, red rocks and wide skies. As part of our time together, we will hike, explore movement and ritual, and other embodied practices.
Lunch, one dinner and snacks included.
Lodging can be found in Morrison and we are happy to provide suggestions.
